midnight oil transcript proofreading: rates

Invoices will be sent by email through Freshbooks on the 1st and 15th of the month for regular clients. Payment is due within 15 days upon receipt and can be made directly from the invoice by credit card or direct deposit.

New clients and one-off jobs will be billed immediately upon return of annotated transcript PDF, with payment due within 7 days. Payment on the first invoice is required before future work will be accepted.

A friendly reminder will be sent 3 days before payment is due for unpaid balances. A late fee of 10% will be added to charges after the missed due date, with another reminder sent. For accounts more than 15 days past due, no future work will be accepted until the balance has been paid.
